FLOW YOGA
​
This is Vinyasa Flow yoga, a dynamic and rhythmic practice that synchronizes breath with continuous movement. Emphasizing smooth transitions between poses, this style fosters flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. The fluid sequences create a meditative flow, promoting physical well-being and inner harmony, making it a holistic and energizing experience for practitioners.
DYNAMIC FLOW
​
A stronger version of Flow Yoga. Bring your energy in this fast moving flow designed to awake every muscle. Move between the postures to build up the heat in the body and enjoy a different theme each time. Not suitable for students new to yoga.
ROCKET YOGA
​
This energetic and invigorating practice has its roots from Ashtanga vinyasa. You will have the opportunity to try advanced postures such as arm balances and inversions but modifications will be given if that isn’t your thing. Linking breath and movement, this dynamic class will leave you with a sense of achievement. Come with an open and playful mind;
Open to all levels but not to complete beginners.
ROCKET BEGINNERS​
This energetic and invigorating practice has its roots from Ashtanga vinyasa.
The sequence of this class is design for beginners and is mostly the same in each class, which begins with sun salutations before moving on to standing and seated postures. Variations and modifications will be offered throughout, and you’ll be encouraged to playfully grow at a pace that’s right for you.
YOGA GENTLY
​
Designed for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
FLOW TO RESTORE
​
A mindful, slower paced class to revitalize the mind and body. Aspects of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga will be featured in this class while linking movement to breath. All levels are welcome to attend.
YIN YOGA & SOUND
​
Yin Yoga is a slow paced, more meditative version of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with less muscular engagement. Expect a deep and meditative practice with 40 minutes of Yin to release and free the body to help aid the deep settling into 20 minutes of Sound healing.
HATHA YOGA
​
Hatha Yoga is a general term used for a comparatively gentle form of yoga designed to align your muscles and bones and focus your mind. Practice includes specific postures (asanas), a breathing style (pranayama) and meditation. Unlike Vinyasa Flow there is less movement in between postures (the vinyasa) which may also be held for a longer period of time.
PILATES SCULPT

Pilates is for everyone. Lengthen, strengthen, and engage.
Our mat-based Pilates classes work the entire body through a series of repetitive exercises, helping improve your strength, coordination, and mobility. Open to all levels, ages, and experiences.​
DYNAMIC PILATES
Pilates but spicy to tone and sculpt. Pilates Dynamic classes link exercises in a moving, flowing sequence, incorporating props such as ankle weights, Pilates rings and Pilates ball for more fun. Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as the teacher adapts the class according to the students.
BARRE
Built around music, our barre classes draw on Pilates, Yoga and dance to build core strength and improve balance, posture and flexibility.
We use bodyweight, light weights, balls and resistance bands for intensity, variety and progression.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
